another good thing about scotland

sometimes schools get cancelled because of Severe Weather Warnings - at Red, the highest level - due to gale force winds...

this picture was taken earlier today in Helensburgh, a few miles down the road from Glasgow.  this guy was trying to fly.  and why not?
